48 HR CANCELLATION POLICY / DEPOSIT

Dear Clients,
First of all we would like to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. We cannot make ‘Two’ the successful Salon that we want it to be without you being with us. Please note that we operate a 48 HR cancellation policy.

  • CANCEL WITHIN 48HRS
    • You may be charged 50% of your booking
  • CANCEL WITHIN 24HRS
    • You may be charged 100% of your booking
  • DEPOSIT REQUIRED
    • For all new clients & any appointment over £50

If you are a new client, please ensure you have completed your patch test a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
If you are an existing client and it has been more than 6 months since your last colour (self or professional) please ensure you have completed your patch test a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment.
