We require a 48 Hour notice period to amend or cancel your appointment free of charge.
We’d love to get you rescheduled!
If you let us know let us know 24 Hours before your appointment, we will have to charge you 50% of the cost of your service.
With less than 24 Hours notice, you will be charged 100%
We require a deposit for all new colour bookings and for long or more complex appointments.
We will discuss this with you at your consultation.
